Brian grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Montana over 20 years ago to live the dream of an outdoor life-style and pursue a career in forestry. After graduating from the University of Montana in 2000 with a bachelor degree in Natural Resource Management, he continued his career as a forester in the inland northwest stewarding forest lands for clean water, timber production and sustainability. More recently, Brian had been managing the land sales program in Montana for an industrial forest land owner here in Montana. This experience was significant, providing an opportunity to branch into a leadership role focused toward marketing, negotiating and shepherding dozens of transactions to closing. His success can be measured by acres and dollars, but more importantly Brian reflects on the professional relationships and experiences developed with a multitude of buyers, public and private land managers, and real estate professionals during these years as his most valuable asset. Brian’s experience has earned him a reputation among those he has worked with as being honest, forthcoming and timely. His roots and passion are in LAND. If you are a buyer or seller with interest in large land holdings and are seeking a knowledgeable professional to help you with your real estate solutions, consider working with Brian. Let him put his experience to work for you.
Originally from Spokane, Washington – I grew up around all things Real Estate and the custom-building industry. After launching my career in 2002 for a small independent Real Estate brokerage, as their office manager and transaction processor, there was no turning back. Over the last 15 years I have expanded on my knowledge and excelled in all things marketing, managing real estate offices, and proudly assisting many seasoned, and rookie agents spearhead their businesses with new and innovative ideas to help with growing their name and brand.
After relocating to North Idaho in 2008, I am blessed to live in an area where outdoor adventures never disappoint. My husband and I are proud fur-baby parents, and we love all things camping, hiking, ATV riding and archery season.
Although much of my time in real estate has been managing and coaching others to be successful, we chose to uproot our lives and leave the Northern Idaho Panhandle behind and come enjoy small town life here in St. Marie’s, and we couldn’t be happier.
I would love to share our experience with you, of living a simpler life on acreage in small-town North Idaho and would be honored if you would think of me to help you find your North Idaho dream property to.
Karin Kasinger started in Real Estate in 2013 at a small boutique brokerage with a top notch Owner Broker. Spending her first weeks and months shadowing the owner, she learned many valuable skills in how to help investors and Sellers.
After three years she moved to a Large Franchise brokerage and was immersed in an environment that thrives on teaching valuable skills so agents are better at helping their clients, along with helping one another achieve great success.
Never thinking she'd leave that brokerage, Karin was introduced to United Country Real Estate. She was blown away by their technology, national marketing success, systems, and "salt of the earth" people. The Franchise owners are involved in every aspect and thrive on helping their Franchisees and the agents working within them grow, learn and have well balanced lives.
Karin has been drawn to "Land" and the opportunities we have in our Country. She loves helping First Time Home Buyers fulfill their dream of home ownership. Or, those who have outgrown their current homes or who want/need to relocate.
She also finds it very fulfilling to help those transitioning into a smaller place and understands how hard it can be to leave a home where one has spent years raising a family and/or that dream place that is now too much to take care of.
Then there's the excitement of helping Investors. Finding the "deal" to help build prosperity and some residual income. As an investor herself, Karin loves the challenge and exhilaration that comes with the hunt for the perfect property; which is different for each individual.
There are many dynamics to each aspect of real estate and no two transactions are alike, and Karin thrives in that environment.

Darrel was born and raised in Orofino, Idaho where his employment consisted of farming, ranching, logging, fighting wildland fire, building trail, and working in a family sawmill while attending Washington State University where he received a B.S. in Animal Science. This work experience also included working on the historic log drive on the North Fork of the Clearwater River.
Darrel has a wealth of real estate experience spanning more than 50 years dating back to 1968 when he began helping older members of the family manage and divest some of their extensive real estate holdings in Idaho. Beginning in the 1980’s, Darrel assembled a team of real estate brokers, consultants, and land managers to facilitate private and public land exchanges in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Much of this work involved facilitating large, multi-party transactions to realign land ownership patterns between private landowners (farm, ranch, and timber industry) and public land management agencies (federal, state, and tribal) to provide for more effective and efficient ownership that better met individual management objectives.
Darrel joined forces with Kevin Boling in 2015 specializing in the purchasing, selling, and exchanging farm, ranch, and timberland properties. Darrel’s 50 years of combined experience, passion, creative problem-solving, and landowner contacts in the real estate profession are a tremendous benefit to customers or clients interested in buying or selling investment properties.
